Modify your default printer in Windows 10 to fix thePrinter Offline HP issue. Select Printers & Scanners first from Windows' list of devices. If Let Windows manage my default printer is already selected, uncheck the box next to it. When choosing a printer from a list with the same name as your printer, you should also pick Manage. Tap the printer that is running or not if there are many printer names listed. In the Manage your device menu, choose Set as default to finish.
